MSN 611: Educational Technology is a graduate-level course designed to equip nursing students with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively integrate technology into teaching, learning, clinical practice, and healthcare education. The course examines the principles, theories, and practical applications of educational technology in nursing and health professions education, with emphasis on the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of technology-enhanced learning environments. It exposes students to contemporary digital tools, e-learning platforms, simulation technologies, learning management systems, mobile learning applications, and emerging technologies that support nursing education and continuing professional development. The course also explores the ethical, legal, and professional issues associated with the use of educational technologies in healthcare education.
